Okay let me eliminate some stuff for you guys. EFI harness is brand new, no corrosion on ANY connectors. Motor was pulled during 5 speed swap. All leaks were resealed, so absoutly no boost or vacuum leaks. Timing is set at 15 degrees, haven't pulled ECU codes yet but I will do that tonight.
Plugs, filters, all regular maintence is up to date. I will run a test on the temp sensor.
